The Yellow Pages, SA reserves the right to deny access to the "Ratings and Reviews" section to any User with any justification and will not send any communication on this. The User of the "Ratings and Reviews" section is considered personally responsible for the contributions that he submits to the site. The Yellow Pages, SA is not, under any circumstances, responsible for the accuracy, adequacy or property of the information referred to in the "Ratings and Reviews" section as well as for any loss arising from the use of the "Ratings and Reviews" and/or the inability to use it. The User is the sole responsible for any claims by third parties and shall indemnify and fully compensate the Yellow Pages, SA for that fact, including legal costs and attorney's fees.

The "Ratings and Reviews" section can only be used for personal, noncommercial use. Any form of marketing of the information displayed or used in the "Ratings and Reviews" section is strictly prohibited for non-personal purposes.

The User agrees that under no circumstances will he use the "Ratings and Reviews" section for illegal or inappropriate purposes. The User agrees, namely to:

respect the intellectual property rights of the Yellow Pages, SA and other parties involved;
respect, in particular, the privacy rights of third parties and therefore refrain from mentioning personal data of the third parties;
not violate national or international laws;
not make available information that could be considered unlawful, biased, racist, offensive, obscene, sexist, or against public policy, or rules of decorum, or otherwise objectionable;
not place any advertisements or publicity;
not insert files with viruses or other harmful software or program and refrain from practicing any form of hacking or damaging the system.

The Yellow Pages, SA reserves the right to remove contributions at any time from the site without any prior warning to the User in question and will not justify its decision, nor will have the need to communicate this removal to any User. The User is not entitled to oppose the decision to remove the message.

The Yellow Pages, SA will process the personal data of the "Ratings and Reviews" Users, according to Law No. 67/98 of 26 October regarding the Protection of Privacy and Personal Data Treatment. Everyone has the right to access and correct data and to prohibit its processing for direct marketing purposes, through contact with the Customer Service of the Yellow Pages.

The illegal activities or information in the "Ratings and Reviews" section may be reported to the Yellow Pages, SA through contact with the Customer Service of the Yellow Pages.
